Consent to Processing of Personal Data (KVKK & GDPR-Compliant)

By submitting this form, I hereby grant Devolvia Yazılım Bilişim A.Ş. (“Devolvia”) my explicit, informed and freely given consent to collect, store and use the personal data I provide — namely my name, business title, company, e-mail address, telephone number and any information contained in my message — for the sole purposes of (i) responding to my enquiry, (ii) sending me relevant information about Devolvia’s products, services or events, and (iii) maintaining a record of our correspondence.

This processing is carried out on the legal basis of explicit consent under Article 5/1 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or until you withdraw your consent, whichever occurs first, and will then be securely deleted.

Personal data may be shared with Devolvia’s authorised employees and trusted service providers who are bound by confidentiality obligations and who process the data exclusively on Devolvia’s behalf. Where processing involves transfer outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area, Devolvia undertakes to ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses or other lawful safeguards recognised by the KVKK and GDPR.

You may at any time withdraw your consent or exercise your rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your data, and to object to processing, by sending an e-mail to privacy@devolvia.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal.

If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority or the competent EU supervisory authority in your country of residence.

Providing your data is voluntary; however, Devolvia will be unable to respond to your enquiry without it.
